Custom orders/Custom Art means: works created at the customer's request.;

Chapter III - Products and Services

Physical products are delivered in Romania, to the address indicated by the customer, by courier.
Digital products are sent manually by the Company after payment confirmation.
Custom orders are carried out after full payment of the agreed price.
The Company reserves the right to refuse orders if there is suspicion of fraud or if requests violate the law or internal policy.

Chapter IV - Prices and Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the Company's account.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
For digital products and custom orders, full payment is required before delivery.

Chapter V - Right of Return and Cancellation

Standard physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, except for products damaged by the customer.
Digital products and custom orders cannot be returned, in accordance with legislation on digital and personalized goods.
In case of non-conformity of the products, the customer must notify the Company within 5 business days of receipt.
